As a Business Analyst at Cricket Advisory, you’ll be on the front lines of mission-critical problem-solving. You’ll work directly with leadership and clients to break down complexity, identify patterns, and engineer solutions that drive real-world impact.

You will:

• Conduct deep-dive research and intelligence gathering to uncover key insights on regulatory changes affecting key industries.

• Leverage data analytics, visualization, and modeling to tell compelling, evidence-backed stories.

• Work directly with clients to design strategies, optimize processes, and execute change.

• Elite Analytical Skills – You can break down complex business problems, synthesize information, and develop strategic recommendations that move the needle.

• Startup Hustle – You’re comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and love the challenge of building something from the ground up.

• Boston & DC Roots (Preferred) – While we operate remotely, we’re building a presence in key strategic hubs.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (MBA, PMP, CCBA) are a bonus. 

2-4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, analytics, research, politics, or a similar role. Proven ability to deliver data-driven insights, manage projects, and drive results.
